Regulations
Be sure to read our terms and conditions that define your rights and obligations as our client. Their provisions are at the same time the provisions of our sale contract.
How to use
In order to make a purchase you should put your chosen products in the cart and send the order according to the procedure described.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your order. Depending on individual criteria, we can try to confirm your order by calling the telephone number given by you in the order. In this case, if we can not confirm your order by phone within 2 business days, we will not process your order unless you have chosen payment by bank transfer and we have received the payment.
Search
From the first page you can browse the products available in our store. Just go from page to page using the navigator at the bottom of the page.
You can also filter available products using the button at the top of the page, according to their type (eg. men's fragrances, women's fragrances, skin care products, or all available), manufacturer's brands (eg Davidoff, Chanel or all available), and lines (e.g. Davidoff Cool Water). The result of the filtering is displayed on several pages.
You can also choose the type of product you are looking for (eg perfumes, deodorants).
Registration
You do not need to register to make a purchase. However, having an account in our store gives you a number of benefits.
If you are logged in, you do not have to enter your details every time – we will fill them in ourselves. You can view the history of your orders, including their current status with the option of canceling an unsent order.
We also provide a mechanism to remind you by e-mail about important events for you. The most important thing is that for registered users of our store, based on the order history, we can offer special prices for certain products.
My account/Log in
If you are a registered user using the "My account" tab, after logging in, you have access to information about your orders. You can track their status. If the order has not been sent yet, you can cancel it. You can also define and control important events – a special program will send you an email with a reminder. If you meet certain conditions, you can see lower prices after logging in.
Reminder
After registration, you can specify important events that you want us to remind you about, for example, a birthday of a person close to you. You specify the important date and the time of the reminder. We will send you an email to the address you provided.
Prices
Gross prices (including VAT) are given for each product.
Shopping cart
To place a product in the basket, simply click the "add to basket" icon located next to each product. The current, shortened content of the basket is always shown in the upper right corner of the page. If you want to make changes to the basket, you have to go to basket. To enter the basket, click on its icon in the upper right corner of the page or the words "Show basket content".
In the cart you can change the amount of items, then you have to click "Sum up". You can also remove the product from the cart by clicking "–" next to this product.
If you want to buy the products you placed in the cart, click "Order".
Order
You have to fill in the appropriate fields, if you are a registered user, after logging in, the system fills in the form fields for you. You must provide all data, specifying sex is voluntary. After filling in the appropriate fields, click "Next".
Then, once again, we show the whole order, if everything is correct accept the order by clicking "Order". You can also go back by clicking "undo" to modify your order or continue shopping.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an email asking you to confirm your order. Just click on the link in the email. Depending on your individual criteria, we can try to confirm your order by calling the phone provided on your order. In this case, if the order is not confirmed within 2 working days, it will not be executed. Confirmation is not required if you have selected payment by bank transfer and we have received the payment.
Change/ Cancel the order
If you want to add more products after placing the order – please place another order and confirm it. Each order is sent separately, if you want them to be combined in one shipment, please contact us by phone or email.
The easiest way to cancel an order is not to confirm it. If you change your mind after confirming the order, please contact us by phone. We can not cancel orders that we have already sent to you.
It may happen that the waiting time for a shipment will be extended by 1-2 days if you add another product to your basket.
Shipping
We deliver the ordered goods via InPost and DPD courier companies to the address given in the order form. The goods can also be collected personally in our office after making an appointment. The shipping cost is:
- 16.50 zł (InPost) - courier delivery with bank transfer payment,
- 18.50 zł (DPD) - courier cash on delivery (courier).
- 18.00 zł (InPost) - payment online (Przelewy24).
In the case of purchases over PLN 350, we cover shipping costs.

Packaging
We try to send all the products ordered by you in one shipment. Each product is pre-packed. We pack them in special boxes, using appropriate fillers to ensure safe delivery of the parcel. See – delivery pickup.
Delivery pickup
Be sure to check the external condition of the package upon receipt. Do not accept a package that has been damaged during transportation, if there is a suspicion of damage to the contents – make a delivery report with the shipper describing its condition.
Once you have paid, you can open the package in the presence of the carrier and check the content.
Complaints
We accept warranty for physical defects only in justified cases. We reserve the right to sell the product in a different packaging than shown on the shop's website. Differences in the appearance of ordered goods with received ones, resulting from improperly set parameters of the customer's monitor, do not constitute grounds for return of goods.
Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of the delivery agent. Before picking up the parcel, check the condition of the package. If the package bears signs of damage, do not accept the parcel and report the damage in the presence of the courier. The customer, after paying the fee, has the right to check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier, in order to check whether the goods have been damaged during the delivery. The condition for the acceptance of this type of complaint will be the written complaint protocol, written by the customer and the deliverer.
In the case of unjustified complaints or damage to the product due to the fault of the user, all costs are covered by the customer.
Return
The customer has the right to return the purchased product 10 days from the date of delivery (without giving the reason), in accordance with the law on consumer rights protection. Returned goods must be:
- not used
- packed in the original box and foil (if it had one),
- can not be destroyed
After returning the product to our company, we will refund the amount to the account number provided. The cost of return shipment is paid by the customer.
Special offers
Special offer products have a lower price or are sold in sets. The promotion time is given in the description of the product.
We reserve the right to terminate special offers earlier, if we run out of products from the special offers.
New arrivals
As new arrivals, we mark goods newly introduced for sale in general or in our store, as brands, lines or as sets, packages etc.
We remove this mark after a month.

For your convenience, we provide a list of goods that are the most popular in our store. It only shows the preferences of our customers, remember that it's your decision and your taste is unique.
